Mike Huckabee was all for that in the campaign if you hadn't noticed. Some would say that the flat tax will reduce funding for fixing roads and culverts like was shown in that video. Well I say to them that the free market will take care of it. I'm sure a contractor will come down at the behest of some well-to-do folks that live up that road and fix that road up right. If the folks that live up that road don't have enough money to pay for the road, then I'm sure some church will help. The government just shouldn't get involved, they'll inevitably just whine about stupid things like culvert diameter and trench bed compaction.
