Quote of the Day: Michele Bachmann

The great Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) said this on Hannity's radio show on Tuesday:
"That's why people need to continue to go to the town halls, continue to melt the phone lines of their liberal members of Congress," said Bachmann, "and let them know, under no certain circumstances will I give the government control over my body and my health care decisions."

So, Michele is holding a town hall meeting? When? Where? I don't see one on her schedule.

Also, in the second half of her quote she stated, "under no certain circumstances will I give the government control over my body and my health care decisions". Does this mean she is now a supporter of a woman's right to decide all legal medical decisions regarding her body? My interpretation and that of many of my colleagues of this quote is that it confirms Michele Bachmann as a supporter of abortion rights, a reversal of her past position. Good for her!!

Except abortion Anony. When you are talking about the precious life of a fetus, a woman's rights are null and void. A compassionate conservative will make laws based on this exception. Sorry that you twisted Ms. Bachmann's quote as most of the MSM and pundits seem to be doing. :(

She said it. There is not deniying it. She "under no certain circumstances will I (she) give the government control over my body and my health care decisions". It's plain as day. She supports a woman's right to chosse. If she thought differently, she would have stated that. She did not.

On the first subject: when is she holding a town hall meeting. I don't believe she ever has held on inperson where she took questions from an audience.

Town Hall is scheduled for August 27th!! The locations has not been confirmed but you can contact her office: 651-731-5400.

Do you seriously think Ms. Bachmann's was pro-killing-babies all of sudden or something? How naive of you.

She is 6th District.

Whatever anonymous, you can't even give us your real name, why should we listen to your nonsensical interpretation of Mrs. Bachmann's crystal-clear statement. Mrs. Bachmann is not, has never been, and will never be a supporter of abortion. You believe what you want to believe, regardless of the facts. Kind of how you see some bodily fluids in that heavenly picture. Dirty mind you have.

She will not give up control of HER OWN body. Rep. Bachmann said nothing about the body of an unborn child.

Ms. Bachmann won't give up authority of HER OWN body. She said nothing about the body of an unborn child. Abortion is about destroying another's body, not the woman's body who is carrying that child.

Thank you S. Katherine for clearing that up for that first "anonymous". All Mrs. Bachmann said was "under no certain circumstances will I give the government control over MY body and MY health care decisions." She said nothing about giving up control over her fetus' body and her fetus' health care decisions.

I swear I think that first "anonymous" just is trying to rile us up and knows that Mrs. Bachmann would never be an abortionist supporter. Thanks again S. Katherine for your positive contribution to the debate and hope you come again to the CLF :)

Why is Jesus still uriniating into the clouds on your home page? If you don't see it, I'm not surprised. This site and your bloggers are a joke.

Bachmann2012 said...

Guess Anonymous can't engage in civil debate. *sigh*
Your arguments are weak, hence the insults and absurd stories about pictorials of our Lord Savior Jesus Christ. Have you no shame or ability to discuss political matters? I'm thinking not.

Do you not see the arc of urine coming from the figure's crotch and landing with a splash? You know I'm correct. Is that why you're so angry? Is that why you moved the picture of Jesus urinating into the clouds lower on the page? Where did you get the picture? Certainly not a reputable site. I believe you are refusing to move it because you don't want to admit I'm correct. Stubborn. All of my friends to whom I've shown this picture have had a good laugh.

Bachmann2012 said...

Please... you don't have any friends.

Maybe you'll have something constructive to say soon. We can only hope.

Anonymous said...

Something constructive: your site has an offensive picture of Jesus urinating into the clouds.

Again with the insults? You ask me to stop the insults and you persist in throwing them around yourself. Some Christian. What happened to "turning the other cheek"? Hypocrit.

Bachmann2012 said...

It's hypocritE, btw. Sheesh!
Anyhoo, it's YOUR dirty little mind imagining such images. Stop with the nonsense and give us some constructive analysis of how to fix our health care system. Other than government intervention, of course.

Yeah, you said it Michelle. And lets have "anonymous" provide his real internet name!!! If he would give his real name, do you think he'd be so willing to leave filthy PG-13 comments on this family site? I think not.

Anonymous said...

It's MicheLe. And Jesus is STILL uriniting in the picture on your website. Where did you get it? I'd like to see the website...it is a joke, a joke you're playing on yourselves...ha, ha, ha, ha, ha...

Please do not tell Michelle how to spell her name. She is not the great Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-MN), she just greatly admires her and has honored her with her avatar. Much as I have done with my favorite politician, Mike Huckabee. Other members like Newt, some like Alex Jones, hence their avatars for Fuido and Winston, respectively. As for Marvene, she is not into idol worshipping of any kind and is very strict in that respect.

You have reverted to lame insults and nonsensical speech. At first, I considered you to be a misguided liberal. Now I realize you are merely a troll meant to disrupt the good works of the CLF. I hope you are happy with yourself.

Again with the name calling and insults? I simply want the offensive photo of Jesus urinating into the clouds removed. I see your fake Michele Bachmann Facebook page was removed by Facebook. Too bad. Wonder how that happened? Have you retained a lawyer for the lawsuit? Ha, ha, ha...

Bachmann2012 said...

We are based in Charleston, WV, said so on Facebook, posted our blog entries, and noone ever claimed to be THE Michele Bachmann of Minnesota. Just because people were stupid enough to think so (and requesting friendship like mad), is not our fault.
As far as the picture, you seem to be the only one offended by it...what, with your dirty mind and all.

Anonymous said...

Even though you didn't claim to be "the Michele Bachmann" doesn't matter is a civil slander lawsuit. Nor does it bode well for the ninth commandment either: "Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor." Your site falsley claimed the name Michele Bachmann and acted in such a way as to not explicitly discourage those visiting the Facebook page that your representation was false. For shame.

Anonymous said...

Typo note: In the first sentence, "is" ought to read "in".

Bachmann2012 said...

I'm assuming you admit you were one of the stupid ones. It's ok.

I really don't know what our Michelle Bennett with the CLF was doing at that Facebook page. But I want to make it clear that whatever was said or written on Facebook, that it in no way was endorsed by or known by the majority of the principals in the CLF. I never went to that site, all Michelle said was that she was getting lots of visitors to the CLF from Facebook. I think Michelle is a great member of the CLF, but she sometimes makes dumb choices. Ask Marvene what she thinks of Michelle's pick of a husband!! Just kidding, Kevin :)

Regardless of what was or was not said at Facebook, I find it hard to believe that others would think that a Michelle B from Charleston was the great representative from Minnesota. Some of the comments there may have led this gullible "anonymous" to believe otherwise, but us conservatives are usually able to critically think and question what is written. That said, this topic is about health care and the indisputable fact that Obama is setting up death panels to euthanize old people and Trig Palin, not to mention death books to euthanize veterans.

Please, anonymous, if you going to continue to come here and slander our site, please stay within the confines of our topic. And again, tell us your name. You are not just slandering the CLF, you are slandering all the other anonymous's out there!!!!!!
