Oh, I'm so glad you posted this. I saw this as well and thought Mrs. Blackburn hit it out of the park in exposing Gorey's evil plans to make money off of saving the world. How smug he is. I don't care if he's right or not, I'd rather the world get destroyed then to see his smug face again. At least I know myself and others like me will be raised to Heaven, so doesn't really matter to us I admit.

No doubt Regg. Gingrich hit it on the head too, the ever history teacher, who told the story of Viking King Canute, who thought he could take on the oceans. If Canute couldn't, we sure can't. So better to resolve ourselves in the fact that the oceans are just going to rise no matter what and we might as well live it up in the sun. But I wonder why he appeared in a "We Campaign" ad promotimg the reduction of CO2? Maybe he's just too smart for us.

You are so right Anonymous. With the lowered taxes and less regulations over the past 8 years, we have seen amazing long-term stimulus.

Thanks for coming anonymous. I appreciate your input.

I understand your misgivings with Mrs. Blackburn's support of the porkulus bill. You are so right that the only way to reduce the debt is to cut taxes, which increases revenue somehow. However, you have to admit that Mrs. Blackburn was spot on with her destruction of Gorey's lies and his smugness. Now, if there's someone MORE conservative that runs against her in 2010, I can see not voting for her. But she is pretty good and maybe the best we can get in that liberal hotbed of Tennessee.
